Product must be in the condition you purchased it in ie:- un-washed, unworn, no funky smells, NO PET HAIR, with original tags and receipt.

Yes, we offer exchanges in-stire. Please contact the store ASAP to make arrangements for any online exchanges.

We understand sometimes things don't work out. To start a return please email stylesbyerica18@gmail.com. If you choose to have us send you a prepaid return label we will deduct $6 from your store credit.

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery please notify us within 3 days. If the timeframe is passed our return policy we will not accept said items.

We know that these things happen. Please feel free to reach out to us and we can assist you in contacting USPS/UPS and filing a claim. Unfortunately once items have left our establishment it is out of our control.
